Cindy came to Costa Mesa High School in the last month of her junior year, met a few friends in the beginingn and then became Sports Editor of the Hitching Post.  It was not long befoe she had many friends.  After CMHS, she attended a California State University – East Bay, in Hayward where she received a bachelor’s degree in communications and attended law school.

Cindy was involved in television and stage work in Las Vegas, including being an Elizabeth Taylor impersonator on the Sal Manella Show in 2000 at the Bourbon Street Hotel and Casino Comedy Lounge, in Las Vegas.

In August of 2016, Cindy was the CEO of Three Kisses Entertainment in Las Vegas, and worked as an Entertainment Consultant.

She was self-employed and a freelance author for many years.  She worked as Editor of The Vegas Times, co-hosted a live late night TV show, and co-starred in an afternoon comedy show, while writing for Las Vegas Magazine and All About Entertainment.

Cindy married Jack Hulford and had three children, Tawny, Jack Jr., and Don.
