The last time I saw Meri she was singing Karaoke at the Elks Club in Newport Beach. She was really good and very outgoing. She had a nice boyfriend and she was happy.
The reason she refused treatment for her cancer was because it involved removing half her jaw and wasn't guaranteed to work.
RIP, Meri

Diane,
I just heard about Dukes passing. He was such a dear, sweet man. I feel grateful to have had the pleasure of meeting him a few times. My mother always said, “The pain goes away but you never forget!”
Love, Franie
I received word of Gail's passing from her son. All he said was that she was out shopping and had a heart attack. We were all surprised because she took such good care of herself. She told me she was going to live to be 130! He also said that she was "one of a kind" and that was so very true. Her sister has tried to get in touch with me and I sent her all my contact information but I haven't heard back from her yet. I don't know about a memorial but if I find out anything I will post it. Gail and I were very close and I miss her so much!!
Hi Doug, Thank you for sharing about the reunion cruise. I won’t be going either. I’m not taking “the jab.” It’s nice to find another like minded person. There are many of us.
Thanks for doing the research! Franie
Hi Leslie, (Hi Tino)!
I’ve been thinking about your birthday, but I’m a “little” behind. So Happy Birthday! And, April Fool!
Tomorrow is Janet Campbell’s birthday AKA, Jan Busher and I have totally lost touch with her! Do you ever hear from her and Joe? If so, please let me know how to reach them.
I hope the 27th was a great day for you!
Cheers, Franie
